Soppy appreciation post💕… In the middle of my chaos, there is you , and everyday I am so grateful we met.
One thing I’ve never had in a partner until you is support, kindness and a best friend.
Having a partner who loves me unconditionally (especially when I’m going through my crazy week every month🤪) has totally changed my perspective on relationships.
You have helped me learn so much about myself, and grow as a person in all areas of my life.
Together we can overcome anything life throws at us, and in between we will continue to have lots of fun. 💫

The nature connection is vital for us spiritual beings during our human experience in this lifetime… There are strong links between being outside and using all our senses to appreciate and immerse ourselves in the magickal healing power of nature and the elements and the positive impact the Human-Nature Connection can have on all four areas of well-being: physical, social, psychological and spiritual.
💚 Earlier today I enjoyed a wonderful walk around the gardens with my soul sisters.
Where the trees, elementals and nature Goddesses and spirits uplifted us and recharged our energy.

Animal Spirit Guide - Miss Spider 🕷️
Not going to lie these fantastically talented and necessary little (sometimes not so little) creatures haven’t always been my favourite…
I’m working on my relationship with them though as they carry a powerful message when they pop into our lives.
✨Spider spirit animal reminds us that good things happen for those who take their time and have patience.
🕷️We live in an immediate gratification culture, yet the spider reminds us that patience and determination are necessary for us to create and get what we want in life.
✨When Miss Spider pays you a visit it is time to weave your wishes into reality, and become the maker and keeper of your own destiny.
🕷️A talisman for good luck and wisdom, they are also a reminder that we need balance and to take care in our lives. 💫
Does anyone else always feel better after being out in nature, meditating and completing their morning pages?
I bought my daily greatness journal years ago, stuck it in a safe place and forgot to use it.
Finding it again has really helped me focus on me and my goals - and no I use it everyday.

Growth and evolving are big themes in my life right now and it’s not always easy.
Growth and expansion can bring also bring challenge, judgement and criticism along with it - it’s taken me some time to realise that challenge and change is good and that judgment and criticism from others is not my issue and is purely a reflection of what others have or don’t have in life.
When I find it difficult to tap into the positive that comes with change I love using this mantra to help me get back on the right track.
It’s important to acknowledge what makes us uncomfortable, feel into those feelings and then when you can reframe and move past them.
Then you will really see and feel your own growth, evolution and expansion for your greatest and highest good. 💫

A little gratitude list for today:
1) Started my day out in nature in beautiful stately grounds and magickal woodland. 🍃
2) Visited which I’ve been wanting to do for literally years (and no I’m not exaggerating, first saw it in 2019!😳) definitely worth the wait!
3) At the above crystal shop I found some black moonstone and perfect journal I’ve been wanting both for a while. ✨✏️📖
4) Met up with not one, not two, not three but four wonderful friends throughout the day; feeling very blessed to know each one and have them in my life. 💖
5) Had a yummy tea time meal with two of the above friends and at the delicious . 🍲😋
There were a couple of things through the day that I could have let bring me down however, I choose to focus on the good stuff (plus cuddles from when I got home always help too).
Recognising the things we already have and showing our gratitude for them, the more things the universe will then bring into our lives to be grateful for - keep that cycle going!
