Announcement: I'm taking enrollment for 2 classes starting in September:

1. Awaken: A new Relationship with your Body. It is an 8 week virtual class where we shed the idea of body image and instead rebuild a healthy attitudes toward our bodies. It is not a diet class although people report losing weight. It is not an exercise class although people report moving more after taking the course. It is a time to reset how we think about and relate to our bodies. We meet once a week for 8 weeks on zoom with assignments/activities in between. Our meetings will be on Wednesday or Thursday evenings.

2. Revealed: Uncovering your Sexual Stories. This is a 9 week virtual class that is designed to give you a framework in thinking about your sexual history, to give you perspective, and examine how you have made decision in the past. It helps you make plans for your future and take ownership of your goals. Participants report that this has been life changing, altering the way they communicate, and how they support and connect with others. Our meetings will be on Wednesday or Thursday evenings.
