Strawperi sauce is made with fermented strawberries and peri peri chillies, and finished off with honey, paprika, and accompanying flavours resulting in a sour, salty, and mildly sweet sauce that is perfect for chicken, fish, rice - or if you're feeling adventurous: vanilla icecream. 🔥🔥🔥

Roast garlic sauce is made using roasted garlic, roasted cayennes, roasted habaneros, roasted red capsicum, cider vinegar and honey - it is a fantastic all-rounder but particularly good on Italian food. (This one is my personal favourite) 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Whole habanero sauce is comprised of fermented whole habaneros (stem and all) and garlic, finished off with cider vinegar and a couple of drops of liquid smoke for a smoky finish - this sauce is a beautiful expression of the flavour of a habanero pepper and is a fantastic all-rounder - particularly good for Mexican food. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Superhot buffalo is a Louisiana style sauce made with fermented cayenne and ghost peppers, finished off with white vinegar and a sprinkle of garlic powder. It carries some serious heat and the funk of a fermented Ghost pepper sauce, and is perfect for adding heat to anything, or if you're feeling adventurous you can use it as intended and make buffalo sauce with it using your preferred recipe. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Whole Habanero sauce - a beautiful expression of the habanero chilli, with the addition of garlic. Perfect all-rounder.

Superhot Buffalo sauce - a hot sauce with a big kick. Simple flavours, excellent for adding some serious heat to anything. This is not strictly a Buffalo sauce, but a good base.

Strawperi sauce - a unique creation of fermented strawberries and peri peri chillies. Boasting a complex flavour profile, it is salty, spicy, sweet, and a bit sour. Particularly good on chicken, with Asian cuisine, and even goes well on ice cream.

Chipotle BBQ sauce experimental batch - a great chipotle BBQ sauce with a complex layered flavour profile and a hint of heat from freshly smoked red jalapenos. This is a 95% complete recipe with only a couple of minor refinements needed for the next release (just needs to be a little thicker, and the salt balance fixed) but is a great representation of the BBQ sauce I will be releasing next year.
As it is an experimental batch, it has been made using recycled hot sauce bottles that have been properly cleaned and sanitized, and the lowest possible pricing of only $5 per bottle.

All of the official Hail Capsaicin sauces are $15 each, or four bottles for $50.

Made with roasted garlic, roast cayenne, roast habaneros, roast red capsicum, fresh bullhorn peppers and some fresh habaneros, with additions of apple cider vinegar, fresh lime juice and local Australian honey from Monbulk.
This is a personal favourite and a crowd favourite.
This batch has been fermented for just over 9 weeks, adding a nice depth of flavour. The habaneros from make it pretty punchy though.
No artificial flavours, colours, fillers, or bu****it.

Got my biggest batch yet underway! The prep for this was a mammoth task, with just over 42kg of fresh produce ending up as 26kg of mash after trimming, roasting, and mashing. Should be ready in about 6 weeks or so - this is a new batch of roast garlic sauce. 🔥🔥🔥🌶️🌶️🌶️❤️❤️❤️🥵🥵🥵

I cannot speak more highly of Supa IGA Brunswick - their selection of produce and stock is top notch - especially chilli related products. They are becoming pretty well known in the local chilli community for this legendary selection of spicy goodness. Every time I walk around the store and look at what's on offer, I have to refrain from jizzing in my pants 😅🔥 And don't even get me started on the epic wall of cheese, and the coffee selection! 🤩

If you're in Melbourne and need to top up your sauce collection, or you just wanna see this epicness in person, stop in. Do recommend. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Sorry for the inactivity. I've been focusing on my health lately, both physical and mental.
However, there is still plenty is sauce available!!
In order of stock numbers, there's still the following flavours available:

There's another batch of Strawperi sauce that's been fermenting for the last two months, which is a month longer than previous batches. I'll get around to processing it eventually but until then it can only get better I'm pretty sure.
