We are just finishing up the internals for our next batch of Omegas. Additionally, we will be picking up the new shells from the factory shortly and then doing final assembly immediately after that.

I'll make another announcement when they go live! Wanted to let you guys know where we were at!

New batch of 12 Omegas are in stock! They will be shipped within 3 weeks (we will be out of town for a bit and unfortunately cannot ship sooner).

Secondly: We have another batch almost finished here. We were only posting what was finished and ready to go. Will have another post up very soon for the next (larger) batch.

I know we've been getting messages about Omegas. We are in the middle of doing a mass build and they should be available fairly shortly! We want them to be ready to ship immediately with no overlong wait, so they are being built ahead of time now.

Update for Omega Customers:

We have just received our backordered parts and have begun assembly of a new batch of Omegas. They should be available again in the next couple of weeks. We are pre-building so we can eliminate our long lead times and go to a more instant shipping process.

Omega Announcement: The Omega is currently out of stock due to some component shortages. Anyone who has an order in for one will still receive theirs. We hope to have this back in stock shortly.

Hi Everyone!

Just a couple quick announcements:

1) Unfortunately there is nothing new to report on the BLW front. I realize lots of people are waiting, but starting the whole project over with another manufacturer without doubling or tripling the price while maintaining the same quality of it is not an easy task. We are still working on it.

2) Coming very soon: is a new batch of NeoBiosMastas. We will post up about them as soon as they become available.

Thanks for everyones patience. We're not letting the BLW project die, but it's going to be a difficult thing to do.

Hi Everyone:

We know you are all waiting very patiently for a BLW update.

Approximately 10 months ago we placed an order along with a providing a substiancial deposit for several thousand BLW units. The approximate turn around time given to us by a U.S. based factory was 6-8 weeks. Since that order has been placed we have received approximately 500 total units delivered (over several very small batches). We have been making them available as soon as we receive them, however we have not received any in several months.

A couple months ago they attempted to deliver the rest, however none of them were up to the standards outlined in our contract and were of such poor quality that they were completely unusable (let alone sellable). As of right now the factory that we hired is not able to get us what we ordered in any reasonable amount of time.

Going forward we are in the middle of making plans to change up who handles our production. What this means is we are now still on a delay, but hopeful that a new facility can help keep this product alive. That said, we are essentially starting over with this product again.

We know this isnt the news you all want to hear, but we feel that it's best to let everyone know whats going on. We are planning to rectify the situation, but it will take more time. Since we are changing facilities we are working on an improved design as well which should make the BLW even better going forward.

We will keep you all informed of the progress as it happens.

We have caught up with all the Omega orders and the only ones left to ship were ordered in October.

On to the next round of builds!

We did a lot of catching up these last few weeks and are down to the last handfull of Omega systems to go out. We hope to be completely caught up with all current pending orders by the end of the month!

Please bear with us on Omega orders. We have had to increase our lead time for them. We are dealing with a worldwide parts shortage at the moment so our parts orders have been a little limited. We are working as fast as we can, but it is taking longer to get things out than we would like.

Our deepest apologies for any frustration this may have caused.

Sorry we're a little incommunicado right now, but we're dealing with a bit of a family emergency. I'll get back to all emails and fb messages as soon as I can. Back soon!

I wish we had more, but all we can do is make what's available to us, available to all of you!
