Well that went better than I thought, first road ride back in 3 years and happy with pace and fitness. Better than I thought I was going to be. So good to be back out!!

Gotta be in it to win it. This is my for Valrhona North America] … pure indulgence, chocolate delice using / Valrhona North America] dark chocolate with a caramel center using Valrhona caramelia chocolate which is also in the glaze. And also their cocoa powder in the chocolate tuille twig! Huge fans of all their chocolate here .

Today was the day for the skydive in aid of and what an experience Chris and the team at .buzz were amazing and it’s something ticked off the bucket list but now I want to do it again 😂😂😂

Huge thanks for all the support and after fundraising fees £388 raised for the project and I know it will go a long way!!

Well! Just want to say a huge thanks to everyone who donated and who helped raise so much for , just gotta jump out a plane now and Thursday will be the day. Weather looks meh so hoping it goes ahead, but either way I’ll be jumping out a plane even if I have to re schedule and all the money raised will be going to the project! I’m so thankful to everyone who has donated, shared and taken their time to ask about the project. It’s something that is close to my heart and am so happy we could raise something for them along with the others who have and will be raising money for them!

It’s also being great to see donations from people I don’t even know, fellow chefs, hospitality workers and just general people who care!

So proud to be part of this, thank you, everyone!

So I’ve decided to be part of the biggest sky dive for mental health. As part of the burnt chef project we are there for support and someone to talk to if you need it. We are fighting the stigma of mental health within the hospitality industry. And in July, they are hosting the largest mental health skydive in one week. The skydive can only happen if the £400 is raised and if it’s not the money that is raised will still be going to the project, sky dive or no sky dive. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and also a chance to raise some funds for a great cause to help supply hotels, restaurants, pubs and cafes with online courses for mental health support and visits from kris and the project themselves to colleges and schools.

The dive will be taking place ( if money is raised ) between July 5th and July 11th 2021. So in these tough times as the industry tries to get back into its feet, please if you can spare anything then donate to this great cause!

And that’s it! My time is up. Met some great people and thankful for their support through COVID times and lockdowns. However, it’s time to get back in the game. Time to head to and join and get back into the cooking and environment I want to be in and around.
