Happy Mother’s Day to all especially from our most beloved, Maming and Mommy Gina!😍
Shout out to all moms in our community that is staying Low Carb for the sake of their family and also eating high-carb from time to time also for the happiness of their family. 😁 I am amazed of the love that you can give and I wish you nothing but longer, active and more meaningful life ahead. 🩷
Would also like to take this time to greet our aunties who helped raised me and my OTL, Tita Mama Angelie, Mommy Lingling, Aunt Delia & Aunt Wevena. ❤️
To the moms in the family, my sisters Doodai, Angel & Mabie and our Ninangs/Titas Margie, Marjorie, Dako, Grace P. & Ging, Dra. U, Nanay, Hya, Monet & Lulu, and my mommy friends. I love you all so much and I am so so proud of you!
May we all cherish each other, not just the moms but also the dads, the non-parents, the kids and everyone in and out of our household, not just today but always.☺️

There is no better time to change form than motherhood. 🤍
Embrace the beauty of your body and how wonderfully it was created to carry and give life to another.
To all moms and soon-to-be moms, the change may come from pregnancy, breastfeeding or stress & worry. Take this time to be proud of yourself for surviving and being able to give the love and service to the people you provide mothering to, regardless of their age or status.
All I pray is for you to be healthy, for you and the ones you love.
This is a tribute to all of you, especially my sister, who gave me an extra dose of mothering before she had Arky and the twins. I love you very very much and I am so proud with every bit of what you’ve become. You make motherhood something to look forward to.
Happy Mother’s day to you who is taking care of another soul, whatever way it may be. 🩷

Happy Mother’s Day to Maming who is aging backwards! 😍😍😍
Maming & me 4 years apart. Late last year versus 2019 🥰
Her secret? Just 6 things:
✅ LC food
✅ No-pressure IF (just minimum of 12H)
✅ Lots of naps and sleep
✅ Physical mobility
✅ Less stress
✅ More laughter and happiness

Do not be deceived.
Avoid not only glucose, but also fructose.
Too much fructose can worsen insulin resistance without frank evidence of elevated blood sugar.
Sucrose = Glucose + Fructose
Too much fructose = High Uric Acid, High Triglycerides

Processed VS Natural Food
Processed foods for animals tend to contain high levels of preservatives, additives, and artificial ingredients that may have negative effects on their health. On the other hand, natural foods for animals typically contain essential nutrients that support their overall health and well-being.
We are also part of the animal kingdom, thus we should be eating natural foods to optimize our health. Sample natural foods would be meat, eggs, seafoods, vegetables and occasionally, fruits in season and in moderation.
The first photo was taken in Alpaca World where we fed the hungry Alpacas processed food and before leaving, we found this one munching on the few greens growing below this tree.
There are studies indicating that the more you eat processed foods, your palate changes that it will no longer crave or even like natural food. I am glad that this alpaca didn’t lose its appetite for their natural food.
Remember, what you eat more are the foods that you will eventually crave for more.
80-90% of what we eat are in the Safe List , and so we crave them most of the time as well. ☺️

Our taste buds can be trained. Eat more of the food that will make you healthy so you will not crave for the ones that make you sick.
