This was a Special Edition 90 min Classes where we did 30 min Bounce (trampoline) , 30 min Spin and 30 min Rhythm (Dance Fitness) and they killed it! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Con mis chicas guapas de mi clase favorita Rhythm 🎶 es una clase de Dance Fitness en la que el cardio es el baile pero también nos enfocamos en entrenamiento con pesas al ritmo de la música para tren superior (espalda y brazos), tren inferior (glúteos, isquiotibiales, cuádriceps) y finalizamos con Abs + estiramiento.

With my beautiful girls from my favorite class Rhythm 🎶 is a Dance Fitness class in which the cardio is the dance but we also focus on weight training to the beat of music for upper body (back, arms), lower body (glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps) and we finish with Abs + stretching.

Abs on fire 🔥💪🏽😎
At least for now, next week who knows 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣🌺🌴🌊

Do you want abs? (Mines aren’t the best example 😅 but hey! I feel proud of my baby abs, at least they are making an appearance 🤣)

I have been in this fitness journey since 2018 and what I do know is that when it comes to your abs is more about what you eat and not that much about how many sets and exercises you do. You need to be on a deficit diet meaning you need to eat less calories than you burn to lower your fat % and show your Abs.

I don’t work out abs much, I only do 3x1 min planks 1 time a week and sometimes 3x20 crunch in balance ball and I NEVER work out obliques, NEVER‼️ In my experience when you do those you loose your waist, hourglass ⏳ shape and you look more square 🟥 if that makes sense… that happened to me back in 2018 and I stopped all obliques exercises because as a Latina I love my curves 😜

Don’t overthink it just do it!

Muchas veces pensamos las cosas demasiado h por temor a que nos juzguen o al que dirán terminamos frenando nuestros sueños. Pero la vida es para vivirla al máximo así que deja ese temor de lado y persigue tus sueños! Empieza ese nuevo negocio que tienes en mente, empieza esa nueva página de ejercicios, empieza ese nuevo trabajo, estudia esa nueva carrera! Nunca es tarde para empezar un nuevo camino y lograr nuestros sueños y objetivos! No lo pienses mucho y solo hazlo!

I have certain goals that I want to achieve in my fitness journey and that I have been working on for some time now, but as a result of my back injury I have been dealing with a lot of pain lately and I haven’t been able to work out like I used to, im not gonna lie, this had affected me mentality, but even when is hard I still do it, I try to kept on track with my healthy habits even when I fail and I have to start over and over again.

So whatever that goal is you can achieve it, even if you have difficulties, don’t give up, just start over, success is about consistency and not perfection and every day ☀️ you have a new opportunity to begin and become a better and happier version of yourself. ✨🌈🌻

No te estreses, haz lo que puedas! ⚡️

No todos los días vamos a poder hacer al pie de la letra todo lo que queremos, ni comer 100% saludable, ni hacer la rutina con full motivación, o hacer la rutina entera por falta de tiempo o falta de energía.
No te preocupes o te estreses por esto, lo más lindo de la vida es que cada día es una nueva oportunidad para empezar de nuevo o continuar trabajando en nuestras metas, así que sí hoy no pudiste relax 😎 que mañana 🌞 retomas con todo 💪🏽✨
