Congrats to my online client Muhammad that’s located in Saudi Arabia That Started with me in February 2021 to Now.

He started at 248 lbs and now is 196 lbs with plans to compete in his first competition later this year.

Amazing client transformation here from my online client Alejandra. One of the main things I see in addition to a persons physical shape and health changing is a increase in a clients psyche as well.

I’ve seen many men and women become happier and feel better about themselves as they continue accomplishing their physical and health goals, As they should.

She started January 20th at 166 lbs

Currently she’s 153 lbs.

She came from a background of eating 2-3 meals a day to now eating 5 balanced meals per day with a custom training designed for her.

Just like any muscle, when you’re trying to increase size, squeezing the muscle to get more blood in is the way. Every rep that I do, I squeeze the muscle I’m working as hard as I can every rep.

If you’re wanting to walk out the gym with your arms feeling like they’re about to explode, here’s a workout for you.

Reverse bicep curls
10 partials with a heavy weight
Drop the weight slightly
Rep out 10 full reverse curls
4 sets

Dips
5 second negative going down
5 second negative going up
10 reps like this
Then rep out 15 normals reps
4 sets

Standing dumbbell curls
10 heavy curls with a 2 second squeeze. Come to a squeeze, not all the way up to the relaxed position. Straighten arms out every rep at the bottom. Full range of motion.
Drop the weight, then rep out 15 reps with a 1 second squeeze.

Tricep rope pull downs
10 with a 2 second hold at the bottom
Drop the weight, Then rep out 15 more reps
4 sets

Single arm preacher curls
4 sets of 8-10 reps with a 1 second hard squeeze at the top

All smiles as today marks day 1 of feeling better from being sick the last week.
It’s hard to feel motivated and want to eat when you’re not feeling well but every day I woke up not feeling like myself, I still forced myself to eat as close to my plan as I could.

When you’re not feeling well, I understand the last thing you want to do sometimes is eat or some might feel it’s the time to eat whatever you want.

I personally like to stay as close to my plan as possible because the more key nutrients I can get in my body opposed to junk, the better recovery my body will have.

I couldn’t get my normal amount of food down because my appetite wasn’t high but I still attempted to eat what I could because those good nutrients are a important factor when you’re not feeling 100%.

It’s probably the most I’ve ever consumed so many greens in my life but now it’s something that I’ll add to my morning shake every morning.

Fasted weight this am was 283 lbs, lost a few lbs but now it’s time to get ready for the season.

Today’s breakfast was

4 Oz grass fed beef
4 cage free brown eggs

2 cups of gluten free oatmeal
2 cups of spinach
1 cup of organic egg whites
Add Water and ice cubes
Blend
Drink

Congrats to my online client .al.7856 that came to me in March with a goal of wanting to compete in a bodybuilding competition this year.
His starting weight was 225 lbs and his current weight is 206 lbs with 8 days away from his first competition.
Al is another example that shows if you follow the plan, train hard, the results will come.
He went from eating 3-4 meals a day to 6 while dropping body fat and increasing lean tissue.
Al’s macros are still high and his cardio is steady at 30 min, twice a day.
I work with individuals for lifestyle change, Those that are trying to increase muscle mass, lose body fat, or competition prep.

Whether your fitness level is a beginner or experienced, I ask a couple of things from my clients when I bring them on.
Stay focused.
And
Push yourself.

Shoutout to my client insane transformation while working together.

In 6 months Chichi went from 332 lbs to getting on stage at 257 lbs, winning the SHW and overall title at a prestige local show, The Ronnie Coleman.

I understand not everyone wants to be a bodybuilder or compete, however I do want to explain the importance of how being on a regimen with flexible eating helps with increasing knowledge towards your nutrition and also being held accountable to help reach your goals effectively.

Doing so will also keep you MORE ACCOUNTABLE with yourself and allow you to maintain better shape year round. There is absolutely no need to do extreme bulks ever.

For men and women It’s also super important to get blood work done as well so you can see how everything internally is functioning which in return will help with getting you to your goal quicker.

Have to give a shout-out to my client
He contacted me to help him prep for a show. We took him from 248 lbs to 195 lbs in JUST 14 weeks!!

James focused on the task at hand every day and worked his ass off.

He had cheat meals either every week to every other week throughout the entire prep.

On top of that, not once did he have to starve during the process to reach the physique here on the right photo.
