A speed up video documenting my ACEO painting process. I’m so into painting miniatures at the moment.

Before and after! Painted this majestic Siberian Forest ginger cat using this photo as a reference and thought to attract attention to the fact that I paint commissions - if you would like to immortalise your beloved pet in a pice of art I would be happy to help.
Started a rose painting in oil using a limited palette of cobalt blue, magenta red and yellow plus white which I would have omitted if I were using watercolour. Fairly pleased with the progress so far.
Felt like a splash of colour and made this bright landscape. There’s a lot of texture in such a small thing. I filmed myself painting this one so will put together a process video on my YT channel shortly.
Indulging in watercolour finesse this Sunday

Practicing drawing Neymar portrait with my young student. He is so good that you will not tell easily which is the student and which is the teacher 🙂
Big painting day today. Started a large 60 x 80 cm oil seascape. It’s been a while since I worked big last but felt that it’s the only way to do justice to my extensive seaside material that I have assembled over the years but used rarely. If this one is successful I am planning the whole series of such monumental paintings.
Rainy Day Roses giclée print of my original watercolour painting the way I like to display those prints on my walls. You can’t easily tell it’s a print so authentic it looks and yet the fact that it’s not an original makes it ok to hang it on a paper clip. If anything happens to it I can just order another one but nothing ever does. It is just so sweet and casual that makes the image more pleasant in my experience.
Another loose watercolour rose from me
A little video I made a while ago - how to draw lips
A birth of a new watercolour is always full of promise. Nothing is yet set in stone, here and there are hints of exciting developments, beautiful possibilities. Will they come to a fruition? Not always but we will wait and see.
New roses watercolour in my online gallery Annie Domini. The reel from yesterday shows some of my painting process.
Saw this beauty from the French flee market at my friend’s place the other day and had to paint it.
My watercolour entitled Winter
This is a recent acrylic original rose painting that is going to be the latest addition to my Annie Domini online gallery. Link is in bio.
Working on a big experimental watercolour flower pattern. Great fun 🌸
Autumn pumpkin pattern I made in Procreate. That’s how it would look like as a cute dog’s raincoat ☺️.
Here are my macaroons done. Now I’m going to put the kettle on ☕️.
Progress of the Nerium Oleander. Experimented with liquid watercolours here. They are, off course, very vibrant but I find them hard to manage. They spread far too quick and then impossible to lift. Lifting is an essential part of my technique. Two flowers on the right are done with liquid watercolour and the one on the left is my traditional watercolour only way.
Started work on a book about flowers. This one is called Nerium Oleander and it is a preliminary composition search. I am looking forward to doing a bit of botanicals.
