I decided to become an independent consultant for Pampered Chef for the SECOND time in my life!
My goal is to bring the joy of cooking to others by sharing great products and fun recipes and ideas!
I finally broke in my Large Bar Stoneware pan today! I went a little crazy at a roadside produce stand so I roasted eggplant, which is going to be added to a vegetable curry I am making!

Well, I did it! I took my Burger & Slider press on it's maiden voyage. As with anything, I'll have to practice on making the sliders look better! Oh, and if you like salmon patties, this would be perfect!

Another Quick Cooker lunch prep done! Sweet potatoes and chicken(frozen) done in 15 minutes! I added black beans, spinach and salsa, topped with cheese and warmed in the oven. Yum!

I LOVE cooking and playing in my kitchen! I feel bad for those who don't enjoy it. Maybe you just don't have the right tools! Where do you start? Any professional chef would probably tell you to get a good knife. While I'm no professional, I think that is the most important investment. I have been "breaking in" my 5" Santoku knife and there is a definite love affair happening! It's so heavy duty and cuts beautifully.
One of the things I'm making today is cream cheese stuffed mini peppers to take to work tomorrow.
Did I mention that I love my new Santoku knife??

Today I'm reviewing 2 products! The Quick Cooker and the Manual Food Processor! I made potato salad! Place peeled and cut potatoes in the Quick Cooker pot, add a cup of water and toss the eggs right on top!(yes, raw)
They cooked in 3 minutes and the eggs peeled beautifully!😮
I chopped onion in the Manual Food processor, it was my first time using it! Oh wow, I love it already! ❤❤
A couple classic favorite products are making an appearance too! My Classic Scraper and Egg Slicer are some of my original products from 20+ years ago! Oh, as is the cutting board!
This all came together in about 30 minutes!
I received the Quick Cooker as part of my Consultant Kit! Never would I have imagined that it was something I could find useful. I was so wrong! I made rice as my first experiment and it was easy, fast, and perfect!
I can't wait to do macaroni and cheese next!
