It's finally spooky season and Cait and Kait have two very on brand stories this episode. First, Cait tells us the tragic story that inspired Wes Craven's Nightmare on Elm Street (it's not what you think!). Then, Kait tells us all about the real live conjuring house, its original owners, and the hauntings that have taken place (you can visit the house, do an evening investigation and even camp on the property! If only Kait could convince Cait to take a field trip).

Episode 22 is here and this one is definitely a doozy. First, Kait covers the story of Brooke Preston, a 21 year old bright, fun, loving college student who was brutally murdered by her “sleepwalking” roommate. Then, Cait tells the tale of the sea orphan, which, while sounding mystical, is a survival story of 11 year old Terry Jo Duperrault. It's basically the end of summer and we are ready to kick off spooky szn early for episode 21! We’ve got a doom and gloom one for episode 19 starting off with Cait telling us about the horrendous (and that’s putting it lightly) acts of Rodney Alcala aka the dating game killer (also can we stop giving serial killers nicknames pls). Then, Kait tells us about the Parker-Hulme murder in New Zealand (which is the basis of the 1994 Peter Jackson film Heavenly Creatures staring the fabulous Melanie Lynskey and Kate Winslet).

Here is the story of how the iconic photos of Princess Diana wearing a custom made Eagles jacket came about.

“The story of the jacket can be traced back to the funeral of a Philadelphia native, Princess Grace of Monaco, in 1982. Jack Edelstein, a statistician and spotter for the Eagles radio network, was in attendance, because he was friends with Grace Kelly's brother, Jack Kelly.

He and Diana struck up a conversation, which he recounted to the Philadelphia Daily News after Diana's death in 1997. "She thought football was like soccer," he said. "She asked, 'What are your colors?' I said, 'Green and silver.' She said, 'Those are my favorite color #
She was also charmed by the Eagles' graceful logo, and Edelstein promised to send her some T-shirts. The owner of the Eagles at the time, Leonard Hyman Tose, thought a custom jacket would be more fitting. It’s a wild ride on episode 14 where Kait tells us all about Vesna Vulovic, a flight attendant who holds a world record for falling 33,000 feet without a parachute! Then, Cait tells us the story of the 1976 Chowchilla Kidnapping where 26 children and their bus driver were abducted.
