Apparently Ben is motivated by you people, and only by you people, so we have set up a Strava group, The 20 Shades Ultimate Play Room. If you want help motivate Ben to leave his couch, join our Play Room and we’ll do whatever one does in the play room. None of us understand what Strava is, so feel free to help us push each other's limits. There are no safe words.

COVID-19 update
This Social Distancing thing is kinda the opposite of the 20 Shades theme we got going on here, but we promise to keep our hands tied during these unprecedented times.

What we don’t know: Well, anything really…when we’ll be able to play again, which tournaments will run this year, if you’ll still love us when the time comes. It’s kind of like being blindfolded...

What we do know:
-We really wanna play ulti with you, so as soon as WODs and tournament organizers are able to start making decisions again, we will be in touch (with lots of contact)
-Monday League was the popular choice, so we will enter a team should the season proceed
-We want to go to Montreal, even if it’s the first time we’ve thrown a disc in 9 months
-That masks and gags are not the same thing, fool me once

We are really getting fancy in our old age, and are gauging interest through a form (apparently this internet thing is catching on).

Sunday April 19 at CORE from 12:30-2:30pm
Saturday April 25 at CORE from 6:00-8:00pm
