💛💛 YTG KHANACROSS RESCHEDULED 💛💛

Due to the latest weather forecasts from the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) and other reputable sources, we regret to inform you that the YTG Khanacross event scheduled for this weekend will not proceed as planned. The event has been rescheduled to Saturday, 13th July. This will be followed by the Round 3 of the Baden Civil SEQ Khanacross series on Sunday, 14th July, creating an exciting double-header weekend.

Weather predictions indicate steady and patchy rain starting Saturday, with expected falls between 20 to 50 mm, potentially affecting our venue. The grounds have already been inspected and found to be damp from shower activity over the past two weeks. With the additional forecasted rain, access to the site will become unsafe, and the competition surface may incur unacceptable damage.

We also considered the interstate competitors who are scheduled to fly in on Friday afternoon, acknowledging the need for flight adjustments and other logistical changes.
We greatly appreciate the overwhelming and ongoing support from the GCTMC and all participants. Competitors will receive detailed information via email, and new entries will be accepted for those now able to compete on the rescheduled date.
All current entries will automatically roll over to the new event date with minimal paperwork requirements. However, if you are unable to attend, a full refund will be available at your request.
