It's that time again. This year will be our 30th anniversary performance and it is going to be great! Our first practice is scheduled for Sunday October 29, 6:30PM at 4568 South Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT.

We are just two weeks away from the performance of "Highlights of Handel's Messiah" on Sunday, December 11, 2022. This is our first live performance in three years. We hope you will join us. If you live in the Holladay or Salt Lake area, the concert will be at the Olympus High School Performing Arts Center. We are hoping to webcast for those who live too far away to attend. Stay tuned for more details.
Holladay Messiah is partially funded by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is also partially "crowd sourced" by donations from generous musicians, patrons and friends. Donations go to the Holladay Community Messiah Foundation, a registered not-for-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

We've had three rehearsals for our Dec 11th performance. It's been great to be back "live" with Messiah after two "virtual" years. Last Sunday, Nov 13, was especially exciting as the orchestra and chorus came together for the first time in three years. Our usual conductor, Jack Ashton, and choral leader, Scott Miller, were both absent so Scott's brother, Jim Miller, an accomplished musician himself, led both chorus and orchestra in a great two-hour rehearsal. Attached are two videos from that rehearsal as a teaser of what is to come at the performance. Thanks to Jim and all the musicians for a great evening!
