On today I want us all to think about doing something that we have been putting off for a while. This could be something as simple as “ me time” or as complicated as not cleaning out the messy closet in your home that you been meaning to get to.
Every moment that we are alive and well is another opportunity that God has blessed up with to do what we need to do. Tomorrow isn’t promised and it’s important that we take each day as a blessing. I know your tired, I know you want to put it off untill another day but why out off for tomorrow what you can START TODAY? The important thing to remember is that you can start things one day and finish them on another. Don’t feel pressured to get it all done but instead take small steps untill you are finished. Take your “me time” and read that book you have been wanting to read. It’s ok to step away from your family and pray and refocus yourself on what you need to do.

I hope everyone has a blessed and motivated day today !

Good Morning
It has been a while since i have posted here , as i have been dealing with so much these past few weeks.
Many of you don't know but my father passed away this year on my birthday in April and since then i have been dealing with terrible anxiety. I mean strait up panic attacks ! Its not just the passing that brought them on , i have been dealing with anxiety attacks since 2016.
Life just gets us going sometimes and trying to juggle it all as a mom, wife, and hold a full time emotionally dependent job and balance my health issues that i have at same time just takes me out the game.

I saw this article and it really touched me. Any mental illness needs support, from a spouse, friend or family member. It's not easy.

I challenge everyone today to read this article and learn something new today that can potentially help another person.

I usually dont post this late to my social media, however i feel the need to just come and talk for a moment.

On today i would like each one of my followers to take 10 minutes tonight and reflect. Often time we are so busy and caught up with life to sit back, relax, and reflect.

With reflection comes a number of things that can help ease our mind and alleviate stress that we all have on occasions (especially during covid).

Take these 10 minutes tonight and play some meditation music, sit with your eyes closed and relax and reflect.

There are many things we can be great full for in these trying times that we all have been facing. And taking the time out to acknowledge them helps us to stay grounded and focused.

I know its hard, I know your tired, I know your weary, I know your scared, I know you want to give up.
