I am a project. A perpetual work in progress. My foundation is solid, built upon this philosophy; Assess, Plan, Act, Recover, Reflect, Repeat. It is upon that foundation that I will finish what I set out to build. I will rise each morning eager to seize the opportunity to achieve the next milestone, a stepping stone on the path to my ultimate goal. Whatever I set out to do, whatever my goals or experience, I will achieve it. I am an individual in a community of individuals, each striving to achieve optimal level of focus and determination.
