FYI how’s the hair on 14 year old me! 😂🙏🏻🥋

Tachi Waza Section - Over the weekend I successfully passed my 3rd Dan grading, this examination consisted of a demonstration of Kata, Tachi & Ne Waza..
During the waza component I was asked by the grading panel to show my judo, this was humbling and exciting! And I’m happy and proud to finally sit this exam and to share my Tachi Waza component! 🥋
Right on Right Hip Driving Sase Tsurikomi Ashi - A little more advanced technique.. Important to remember to drive with your hips, push the sleeve up abs drag the top hand around your own shoulder!🥋

Grading Time - This week I will have the opportunity to sit an examination for my San Dan (3rd Degree Black Belt) which will involve a demonstration of Katame No Kata (Ground Kata) this has defiantly been challenging to learn and practice during the pandemic.. however am excited to present it and hopefully pass for a level up!
