This freaked me out at first because let's be honest, not all the thoughts I have about myself (and my body...) are the best.

But what I loved learning is that even though our thoughts sometiems feel like an out of control toddler or an in-law popping in out of nowhere, they are just thoughts. And YOU have the power to change them.
