So Due to lockdown we have an abundandance of potato salad that was for the powerlifting event tomorrow. If you would like some we are selling it for $10 a 500g bag.

After a few months of craziness. We are getting our stocks back up and preparing for some upcoming catering events.

After a 14 hour cook due to cooking the door off its hinges, the grain fed brisket from the always impressive Two Butchers It turned out Spectacular. The neighbours have been drooling all day, and its bagged and ready to go. $40 a kg have limited available. Message us to secure yours.

Once the door is rewelded we will be cooking regularly again.

Apparently a 5am mustard fight was called for. Last time I ask her for help to prep a brisket at 5am.

So after a few months hiatus due to Covid we practised today I think i may have stuffed up the pork. It was unable to be pulled. Id you are looking for me I will be in a meat coma.
