We have created what we like to call a safe space for business owners and entrepreneurs just like you to discuss challenges they face in the customer journey.

Dealing with clients can sometimes be challenging. Just like in romantic relationships, client relationships need to be nurtured with intention. And sometimes this can be a challenge since as business owners we already have so much on our plates.

We have spoken to so many business owners just like you that understand the importance of building personal relationships with their clients, but they don’t know where to start.

We are Kristen and Samonne and we are Co-Founders of Cre8tive Gift Club by Cre8tive Motifs. For the last 3.5 years we have been helping countless business owners and entrepreneurs connect with their clients in unique and fun ways fostering stronger personal relationships and a sense of loyalty in their customers to their brands.

Our Cre8tive brand was started in 2019 out of two things. Kristen’s Love for design and Samone’s love for helping Business Owners to achieve their goals. We have seen transformative results in our clients B2C relationships and can attribute our success to a few things:
1. We are client focused. We make everything we do about the customer. EVERY TIME! We love you, but sorry it’s not about you, its about them.
2. We always go for the WOW! We take the saying “Put your best foot forward” very seriously. If you aren’t going to deliver with excellence then why bother. Your people deserve the best and nothing less.
3. We get it right or we make it right. Simple!
