We all grieve in our own ways. We celebrate the life of those loved ones no longer with us. It doesn't matter if you will be participating in a Dia De Los Mu***os (Day of the Dead), their birthday/day of death. None are wrong. Just because they aren't here anymore doesn't mean you can love them or use that time to heal for yourself.

Go watch this video. I agree. If you with me and I'm hungry I don't care if you can't pay. We are going to eat. I have even done this for my children's friends because if they want to still hang out and we got food, please eat too. We do not let family or friends go hungry.

If they can't accept your boundaries then you don't need them. You do not have to explain yourself either. If it makes you feel safe, if it makes you feel comfortable then its no one business but yours.
The goal is we LEARN from it.

For most the week begins on Monday. Let's reflect over the past week.
You survived whatever the week tossed at you. You ate, showered, woke up, and hopefully were productive. Nothing can stop you. Remember you are loved and enough.
I worked 13 hours one day. Had to get two new tires. Saw a motorcycle accident on my way to work and things one can never unsee. I fell in some gravel and have been super sore ever since. I SURVIVED MY WORST DAY LAST WEEK. I made it.
Now to try and finish F.R.I.E.N.D.S. I made it to season 6 episode 19 before Matthew Perry passed away. Such a sad loss, but he will forever be in our hearts as Chandler Bing.
