The majority of our wearables and accessories are produced using regionally-grown natural fibers, thus supporting family-owned and -operated ranches and mills. We use time-honored dying techniques, as well as innovative new processes to create exciting color ways in our custom-dyed yarns. In addition, many of the dyes we use are non-toxic and heavy metal-free making them friendly to the environment and you. Preserving time-honored traditional fiber arts is our passion. With a heritage based in the Swedish countryside, we strive to nurture and promote fiber arts that were brought to this country generations ago. My mother and grandmother were seamstress and milliner by profession and taught me various fiber arts skills they learned from their mothers and grandmothers. Although knitting and weaving are my passion, I added naalbinding to my skill set during a road trip across Sweden and Norway in 2019. WE STRIVE FOR EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY. We use only the finest quality yarns, many of which spring from our own hands through fiber processing from fleece to fabric. Other handcrafted yarns are created by talented regional artists with a similar affection for animal and other natural fibers. Several mill-spun yarns we utilize have been custom spun to our specifications from regional fleeces by a small, family-owned and operated mill. Our expertise in construction, finishing, and embellishment techniques is immediately apparent, and is a result of decades of experience. You may return an item in new condition for any reason within 7 days of purchase for a studio credit. Or, if you prefer, we will fix the problem or provide an equivalent replacement. WE ARE GROWING.
