My premium room 1 is out today...yeah!

Tenant snapped up the room after viewing it via a video call as she is still in Australia!

Finally all my 6 rooms are out in 1.5 months of marketing...

The total rental yield is 12.2%!!!

I couldn't believe I could get such a high rental yield at this ugly building!

This is so amazing and wonderful...

Once again, I would like to thanks Marko Marko and Jessy Ng for their guidance and imparting their knowledge to make this come true!

I would never thought of buying this ugly building nor become a landlord (包租公) in the past...

This is what Shifu always said "Paid to wait for enbloc" and I am truly living this dream!
