How many times do you clean in a day using cleaners with bleach,ammonia and formaldehyde? Study says using or cleaning NATIONAL BRAND cleaners ONCE A WEEK is as bad for your lungs as smoking a pack of ci******es (20 sticks) in a day.So if you clean once a day thats like smoking 20 sticks of cigs x7 days = 140 sticks in a week???👎🤧🤢🤮 Check your cleaning products labels. Now doesn't mean your children dont clean they are not affected. 😦🥺

Starting to make a habit of actually saying the grace before meals when I wake up. I actually feel good knowing I am thanking the Lord and the universe for the blessings I am about to receive.
It's mid-week. How are you feeling? We always ask others this question. Maybe before you go to bed tonight, ask yourself this question in front of the mirror. 🤓
Whatever it is that you are dealing with or working on --- Pat yourself at the back. And then maybe squeeze in a quick squeeze/massage of your neck and shoulders too. Your neck will thank you for it! 😘 Show yourself some love. Be proud of you. 🥰
When you show yourself some love, it reflects on to another soul and you emit more positive energy to the next person that you can help or influence.

📌 Positive mindset 💡
Start your day with a fresh and positive mindset. Happier mind makes happier body makes better productivity which creates happier life. The more productive you are, the happier you can get. Happiness should always start from within. It may be hard on some days but for me I always pray first thing and count my blessings. Then I ask myself, how can I serve today?
📌 Plan your week.
Plan your day
Plan your hour
We all have yearly or monthly plans we want to accomplish but I find that if your are very mindful on how you want to plan your week,day and hour —— I actually get more of my plans DONE ✅. I remind myself to use a timer when I am working on my online business. That way if I set 30 minutes or 1 hours. I just focus on that alone. (Having a 13 month old makes me create deadlines and use timers lol)
📌 Last but not the list, do something that makes you happier first. For me if it’s feeling pretty for the whole day—- I apply my makeup and listen to guided meditations prior to my light 🏋️♀️ workout. ✅
Choose one thing. That way you already set up your mood to jolly, happy and good —- you know the gist. Lol.!
