Rain, rain go away! What to do when the markets and are rained out? Stock the pantry! I've been preserving the summer bounty and mixing up spice mixtures this week. Some of the featured products include Strawberry Raspberry Lime Marmalade, Raspberry Lemon Preserves, Vanilla Blackberry Preserves and a special limited edition of Fig Preserves. Seasoning mixes include Tuscan, Greek and Burger seasonings, plus dry rubs for beef and poultry. Also this week: Apple Pie Spice (yes, its getting to be that time). Is there any better smell than homemade chocolate chip cookies? Always part of my classic cookie assortment, which also features Snickerdoodles, oatmeal raisin and sprinkle sugar cookies.
