Do you count calories? Kind of a loaded question isn't it. The reality is it REALLY does matter when trying to lose weight or gain weight. If your trying to lose weight you need to expend more energy than you take in. If you're trying to gain weight you take in more than you expend.
It's a function of how we understand "defecit"and "surplus". Do we follow the nutritional schools of thought like low carb, high carb, low fat, high fat, keto, paleo for body recomposition? Do we understand what effects weight on a day-to-day basis? These different schools of thought say the same thing. How do we each understand being in a "defecit" or "surplus"?

One of the most primal exercises: Deadlift. Since the beginning of time as humans we have had to pick things up and put them down. Here are three exericses to aid in performing the deadlift.
-Straight arm lat pull down: engaged lats to stabalize t-spine
-Scapular Holds to: prime shoulder blade movment -Cat/Cow to understand the midpoint of these two end points is your personal "neutral" position at your hips.

It’s the age old excuse “I have no time”. I gave this idea more thought and began to think of all the successful and inspiring moguls who have shaped and inspired me . What if they used this excuse? There would be no Air Jordan Jump Man or Arnold the Terminator or Bruce Lee to “be like water”. There’s always going to be “no time” and there’s never a “perfect time” so we might as well just get started. Hustle Hard friends!
