Meet our panelists! Richa Bhala is a U.S. Foreign Service Officer. She is currently serving as the Deputy Political Counselor at the Venezuela Affairs Unit in Bogota, Colombia, where she helps support democratic actors inside Venezuela. Meet our panelists! Aditi Ratho is a Junior Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation in the Mumbai centre. Her research focuses on inclusive development and gender issues. She has worked earlier as a Project Lead at a skill development institute that employs women in the logistics sector.
