As I strolled down the quiet night city street after the rain, the streetlights reflected off the wet road, creating a shimmering effect. The parked cars along the curb glistened in the dim light, their reflections almost lifelike. The tranquil atmosphere of the deserted street made me feel as though I was walking through a dream.

As the ship emerges from the hazy distance, you can almost feel the warm breeze on your skin.
And look up! Do you see those birds flying over the ship? They add just the right touch of movement and life to this peaceful moment.

I'm excited to share that the new collection of snow mountain originals has arrived safely in the UK! The six paintings currently hanging on the wall behind me will be framed and displayed in galleries by the end of the week. Before they left my studio, I couldn't resist taking a moment to pose with them. It's been an incredible journey bringing these pieces to life, and I can't wait to see them showcased in galleries soon!
"Snowy Valley" standing on the easel was recently sold.

"Meeting the Sun" is a breathtaking painting that captures the essence of a red sailboat sailing towards the sunrise. The vivid red sails of the boat stand out against the colorful hues of the sky, while the water below reflects the same fiery colors, creating a stunning visual display.
The painting conveys a sense of anticipation and excitement, as the boat seems to be moving towards a new beginning. The viewer can almost feel the energy of the boat cutting through the water, as it heads towards the rising sun. This painting is a testament to the beauty of nature and the limitless possibilities that lie ahead.

This painting was inspired by my trip to Innsbruck and an amazing view from the Hafelekarspitze in Tyrol in autumn 2022. The Hafelekarspitze is a mountain in the so-called North Chain (Nordkette) north of Innsbruck in Austria.
