Start by identifying what part of your Routine is causing you the most trouble.
Then look for ways to improve it.
You don't need to have all the answers, just start somewhere.
Try new things with your Routine and see what works for you.
You can break free from the Rut and enjoy your life again; itβs absolutely possible!

Ever thought about why we effortlessly follow rules in society?
Because rules make things simpler!
Introducing a few rules into your Routine can be a game-changer when it comes to sticking with the positive changes you promised yourself. π
In my Routine, I live by a few straightforward rules.
They're not meant to be complex; simplicity is key.
For instance, bedtime consistency, daily step goals, hydration habits, quality time for yourself and loved ones, mindful food choices, and alcohol intake limits.
Remember, the options are limitless, but the goal is the same: create rules that resonate with YOU.
Jot them down, save them on your phone, or keep them visible to build that sense of commitment.
Your rules, your game, your Routine, your victory! πͺβ¨

How well do you sleep? π΄
Sleep was the first part of my Routine I addressed.
And when I think back, my sleep Routine was all over the place for a whole host of reasons
So, I started asking questions because I did not understand the reasons why.
If you're struggling with sleep, consider asking yourself:
1. Sleep Environment: Is your bedroom conducive to sleep? Is it dark, quiet, and comfortable?π

2. Technology Use: Do you use electronic devices before bedtime? π±

3. Caffeine Intake: Are you consuming caffeinated drinks close to bedtime? β
+++++
Routine: Do you have a consistent bedtime routine? π
+++++
Stress Levels: Are stress and anxiety affecting your sleep? π
+++++
Physical Activity: Are you getting enough exercise during the day? πΊ
+++++
Screen Time: Are you exposed to screens for an extended period before bedtime?
+++++
After asking yourself these questions, start changing your Routine.
It's the most important part; you have to change your Routine.
Do things differently - experiment!
Somethings things will work, and others won't.
It's about trial and error.

One of my favorite dishes is a colourful mashed potato made with three different kinds of potatoes. π₯
It's rich in fiber, polyphenols, and antioxidants that help keep me healthy and full of energy. β‘οΈ
I usually have this dish as my first meal of the day (my break-fast) during weekdays.
It's a mono meal, which means it only contains one macronutrient: carbohydrates.
Mono meals are great for starting the day with a simple and satisfying food that doesn't strain your digestive system. ππ½ππ½ββοΈ
You can also make mono meals with proteins or fats if you prefer.
It's so delicious, I can't wait to eat it! ππ»πΊπΌ
