Stress - how do you cope with it?
I tell anyone who will listen that my favorite technique is 4/7/8 breathing. I do it every morning when I wake up (i don't even get out of bed - i do it lying down!) and I do it every night before I go to sleep. Personally - after one month of doing it 2 x a day I felt like a calmer more controlled person. Has anyone else ever tried it? Would love to hear your feedback.
