Roar for the Voiceless Campaign Purpose

This project is made to achieve its main motive which is to resolve the problem of animal cruelty in Barangay Balucuc. We also aim to ensure the safety and good condition of the animals by giving them the protection and freedom that they need. Another motive of this project is to spread awareness about the high cases of animal cruelty in Barangay Balucuc and to encourage the people to have a heart and give care to the animals.

Different kind of animals such as dogs, cats, chickens, and pigs can be seen in Barangay Balucuc. But sadly, most of them were not treated properly and were suffering from the cruelty of people living in the Barangay. So, this project entitled “Roar for the Voiceless” existed to encourage every individual to end animal cruelty. We believe that animals are not just animals because like humans, they also have feelings and the capability to love and to be loved. Our project is supported by the law implemented by the ex-Philippine President Fidel V. Ramos called Republic Act 8485 otherwise known as The Animal Welfare Act of 1998. This law was made to protect the animals from any cruelty, maltreatment, and neglect. That is why this project is most likely to be a successful one.
