For shivering and lethargy, relief from joint pain, dry skin at night before bed time, put 3 drops of mustard oil in your belly button and spread it 1 and half inches around your belly button.

We submit to You.

We rely upon You.

Forgive us for what we have done and what we shall do.

Overlook our sins in private and in public. Don't humiliate us on the Final Day in front of creation.
Grant us the intercession of Rasūlullāh ﷺ. Allow us to drink sweet water from the fountain of Kawthar from his hands such that we never feel thirsty again.
Allow us to enter jannah with him without being questioned or judged.
And grant us, our parents and our loved ones an abode in the highest abodes of jannah neighbouring him. ﷺ
