Lesson:
When you are in high emotion, validate your thoughts and zip your mouth. Mao na ang gitudlo sa akua sa Holy spirit. He always teaches me to calm down, inhale and exhale, musulti ku na ayaw sa ku storyaha pasagdihi lang ku, silent mode and pray. I am praying today sa mga tao nga naa sa kasuko, kaligutgut that God will release you from that emotion. And He will give you the comfort and healing na need nimu. Isa lang jud ang antidote sa tanan. LOVE OF THE LORD. AMEN.

👉 God is it's own time! And it's so detailed and perfect. He controls everything.

Time for birth and death.
Time for killing and healing.
Time for destroying and rebuilding.
Time for crying and weeping
Time for embracing and parting.
Time for losing and finding
Time for keeping and giving.
Time for listening and speaking.
Time for love and hate, for war and peace

Everything on it has His own perfect time to happen. Ecclesiastes 3:11

But you know what, may isang word and kahit minsan hindi ku nabasa sa kanyang aklat ng buhay.

1 Thessalonians 5:14 Encourage anyone who feels left out, help all who are weak and be patient with everyone. Don't be hateful to people, just because they are hateful to you. Rather be good to each other and everyone else.

Your purpose is maging strength ka sa mga weak. We are here to tell the oppressed and captives how wonderful ang kinabuhi nga naa sa Ginoo. God rejected how many times, but still He loves us unconditionally.

Always be joyful and never stop praying.

Reflection:
Whatever circumstances you have faced, always be grateful and thankful. Always bring back the gratitude to the Lord. Never stop praying, kasi through prayers yun yung communication mu kay Jesus Christ and He is always responsive.

We should think about the way we are living and turn back to God.

Reflection:
Sometimes suffering, trials and troubles are distractions from Jesus para isave ka. You are his child, He did not want his children to be going to a wrong living. He will save you from pain, and a stronghold of sins.

Because The lord looks down from heaven and helps. Lamentations 3:50 He disciplines you for you to realize how far you are and ano ba ang klaseng buhay that you are living for.

So God let you;
To sit silently alone, if this is what the Lord intends. Lamentations 3:28 makapamalandomg ka, asa na ba ka karun. Are you living in this world and gbuhat na nimung Ginoo ang kalibutan, ang mga tao sa imuhang palibot , your work. And instead na ang Ginoo imuhang simbahon ug sundon, you let your heart desires satisfy your life. For the reason na hadluk ka maiwit sa uso, hadluk ka biyaan, or hadluk ka to be alone. But the truth is from the beginning you are ALONE. GOD IS WITH YOU. HE IS WAITING FOR YOU.

Please don't be a slave of anything. Because from the moment that Jesus Christ was on the cross and died, He rescued you and gave you LIFE.

God discipline his people. Why? Because God wants us to learn from those experiences and mistakes. Pero never nawala yung compassion and guidance. Because the goal of his love is to correct you and make you well. Kaya whatever na imuhang ginaFace today, atubanga and pray for endurance. Never use any scape goat reasons kasi hindi yan matatapos. God created you with the ability of endurance. He will not give you a disaster na hindi mu kaya at always remember HINDI NAG-IISA.

God loves you so much so thay He died in the cross, laid down His life for you to experience unconditional love❤️
