All my fights i had to dig deep, to places i have not been for ages, and it was a road of selfdiscovery to what i am and want to be.
Haugesund and scandinavia has been well represented this weekend!

Had the pleasure of catching a session here in Svendborg-Denmark, thanks to for some good rounds!

The day has gone and my body is tired, we did what we could. Time to go home and reflect and focus onwards. Felt it was a good and close match with attacks and good defense.

After spending this season spectating the majors, it has become clear to me that i can not put the Gi away. I felt the energy these couple of days here at the Pyramid and it is something unique… seeing all the best perform with such amazing skill wants me to just jump in there.
Now ill just sit back and enjoy this years Finals and plan the future⚔️🔥

The America trip has come to an end and tomorrow i head over for the final stage before my title match.
Me and the Wulfing girls spent time here in (not so sunny) California, spending time with the great people here at . Also going gym to gym to get my rounds in!
Me and have spent the last 20 days on the road, testing our limitations both on and of the mats, but its been a pleasure❤️
Now on to the longest week there is… fight week. Cant wait to get in the ring and have a great match!

Me and had our last session with our team today before we are heading towards America and continuing our prepp for our bouts, we will be spending 10 days at and then head over to California for 10 days staying at
The first part of my camp have been amazing and i feel great and in good spirit, can’t wait for the next 20 days as they are the final part of this Camp.

On june 10th i will have the pleasure on taking on da champ Kade Ruotolo.
Getting to be a CoMain event on one of the worlds biggest martial arts stages is a milestone!
Thanks for making a stage for profesional jiujitsu!

When i decided i wanted to take part in the adcc trails, the goal was ofcourse  to win, but knowing i had so many big names i had to get through, it was going to be hard...but the confidence i have in my abilities gave me the force to conquer. In the Gi im among the elite in my division but in the NOGI i had no clue where i was at.  The weekend prior the trails, i did Dublin Open and had succses and got alittle taste of how my natural instinct would kick in competing. I felt like a "beginner" doing nogi competition, and it forced me to focus more on the enjoyment of fighting and be fully aware of any dangers and openings.
Long story short, dont get cought up i  the big picture, just be aware of what the goal is and take it step by step in order to get the job done. If the skill and confidence is there, the rest will go its way.

The camp for adcc Worlds has been going great so far, and im again starting to have the same fealing i had last time i stept on the ADCC mats, now i recognise it and im getting pumped by the thougth of it.
Im gonna do like the Great John Olav Einemo and upset the world and take that gold home.

but all in all it has been a great week, eventhough it was not the result i was looking for, is a hard puzzle to crack but we got more of the battles coming, the war is stil ongoing!

I am overwhelmed with the support i have gotten, not just leading up to the finals but actually after, and that means alot to me. To know i have the whole of europe behind me and apritiate the effort i do. And now to see so many other catch the prize that is european champion, i am so happy to see the growth of european jiujitsu.

Ive had a great training camp leading up to this , big thanks to for helping me set up the plan , now microadjust some stuff and back to it! Thanks to everyone at for the constant help in training
Vegard and all the other that push me in training for this camp.

Great to see the development of my students and young and promising athletes with mongoloid strength!
