Fraudsters might get in touch by phone, email, postal mail, text, or social media. They may also come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages. Callers often make false promises, such as opportunities to buy products, invest your money, or receive free product trials. They may also offer you money through free grants and lotteries. Some scammers may call with threats of jail or lawsuits if you don’t pay them. These are just some of the examples of how fraudsters work, so you really have to "think before you click". Don't share personal information like your bank account number, Social Security number, or date of birth. Protect your money and your identity, because security is your key to safety.

Fraudsters mission is for you to reveal your personal details, stealing your information, or even tricking you into willingly handing over the cash.
Most of them are hacking your computer or
calling/texting you about fake prizes or wire transfers.
So it is very important for you to know how to recognise a scam so you can protect yourself from fraudsters. Because fraudsters can use your identity details to:

• Open bank accounts.
• Obtain credit cards, loans and state benefits.
• Order goods in your name.
• Take over your existing accounts.
• Take out mobile phone contracts.
• Obtain genuine documents such as passports and driving licences in your name

This is one of the tricks that fraudsters do. They are stealing money by encouraging them through call. So with their victims, don't just trust people you haven't met, especially if money is involved.

In this pandemic, although the authorities are no longer so strict when it comes to protocols and regulations, but still not losing the purchase of things via online. With the frequency of buying online, fraud also often occurs. Scammers are really unavoidable especially now that the pandemic is causing many people to lose their jobs. We need something change regarding these issues that should be disseminated for quick process.

Nowadays, we know that the only reason scammers can do this is because of poverty. But we must also set in our minds that there are also people working somehow in this pandemic. And those people also have needs that are important and they are equally struggling in life. So time should be focused on it because a lot of people are miserable because of it. Many businesses are already losing money because of those scammers, so this issue must be addressed immediately.

In the project we are going to do, we need support from the members who will plan how to do the sequential process like creating fb page. There we will post information that will help people. This is what our group will focus on. To help others and prevent them from scammers. We will make sure that the process we are going to make is safe in our hands.

In this advocacy, there is no need for financial support because the only support we have here will all come directly from the people. Because we will implement it through online platforms (fb page). Because nowadays we realized that many people use social media and when we share this advocacy there, many will see and relate in our post.

When contacting our group, just search our page name on Facebook. You simply message us when you need help. You can hope that you will be able to start your business again, even if it is small, it will make sure that you will not be fooled. Because we will really make sure that you’re safe with us.
