Due to some recent changes/events in KFL, the Main-E-Yaks have unanimously decided to remove ourselves, and will not be participants in 2023.

We appreciate all of the people that supported us, and all of the anglers we fished with and against, in 2022.

A lot can happen week to week and this one had action. The KFL Maine Main-E-Yaks traveled to CT in a must win and picked up the W. In bigger news our division has a massive log jam at 2-3 for 2nd. We said before the season started this is the tuffest division in the KFL - Kayak Fishing League and it’s showing why.

The Rhode Island Rebals worked well as a team and a giant 20.5” largemouth by Greg Krasnowiecki pushed the Rebels ahead for good in the last hour. They fight hard all day, and saw just what kind of fishing Maine has to offer…. Congratulations to them, and best of luck going forward!

This is what we are talking about! Congratulations to Adam Rourke for winning his first Elite Kayak Fishing event. It was a crazy set of events that lead to Adam winning including a pledge into an extremely windy lake, a diver and a new kayak! Great job!!!

As promised! The Main-E-Yak came out with the win in the first week of KFL - Kayak Fishing League. Tough match up off the bat with the 2021 League Champion. China Lake offered plenty of fish but the bigger fish scattered. The Main-E-Yaks planned for this! We covered huge amounts of water to find those bites. Great teamwork lead to the win but the MVP had to be Brady Ouellette landing the days big fish 20.75 with 3min left to go! Now a week off and then we send a new 4 to NH, but they know the state well….
