Sometimes when you're reading Tarot, a certain symbol, icon, or object will show up in several of your cards. This is a great sign! It means your reading is accurate. For example, if you have several cards with an owl in it, you can be sure that Wisdom is a key theme for that reading. Or perhaps you see the number three over and over. Think of 3 as a step. If we go through the Tarot, we see numbers one through ten. So threes usually signify the next step in a journey, or could symbolize relationships between three people. Tarot is really fun to learn and it's a great way to understand your life. What will the cards say to you?

Today's card pull is an Oracle card from the The Heart of Faerie Oracle, and the Strength card from my personal deck. What do these cards mean to you at first glance? When reading Tarot, it's important to first take a look at the artwork and what it tells you. How does it make you feel? What are the people and objects doing? What does it say in your gut?

After you look the cards over, then you can research their meaning to find out what each one represents.

Here we have the Lady of Song. She is beautiful. She represents our connection to the universe. She reminds us to listen to our hearts and the beat of the rhythm of our spirit. It's important to stop and take a break from this world sometimes. We can't take on the weight of everything every single day. So the Lady of Song reminds us to breathe when things get hard, and remember that the universe has our best life in mind at all times. Trust the process.

The Strength card is part of the major arcana, and represents a person who is calm but also has a strong personality. This person can take charge of situations without fear, because they are pure of heart, and full of firey passion. Today, remember that you are enough. As long as you follow your heart, and make decisions based on what you feel is right, your strength will get you to your goals. It is important to trust your instincts and believe that your passion has a purpose. Never give up on being true to yourself.
