Exciting stuff happening around FC right now. We greatly expanded our cold brew production, so we can more easily keep up with the Kalamazoo Cold Brew thirst. We launched both earlier open hours (7am) and beer and wine @. Downtown we just released an updated menu, which includes a kids menu section. Featuring a kids cheeseburger, PB&J, and kids grilled cheese. We also have some kickass Matcha based drink specials that are so delish. Check it, and let us know what you think!

Our bake team has been on fire lately. They pump out our fresh baked pastries and bagels daily, and have been increasing capacity every week so that we can keep up with demand.

Saturday is kicking, and what a week it was! We are all set up at the , and launched a few new specials Downtown, including a super tasty Egg Salad Sandwich. Available on sourdough, or a house made bagel. Also, we keep talking about it, but we are so excited to be serving beer and wine at the . We are really proud of the alcohol menu. A nice tight variety of organic and sustainable wines, Michigan’s beers, and some hand picked non-alcoholic wines and beers too. We are now tackling the planning and training for our craft Cocktails which is landing July 22nd, which corresponds to the 2 year mark of our Downtown Cafe. Loving the month so far.

Very excited for the new Factory Coffee Speaker series. Our first guest is Dorothea, and she will be sharing with us Northside Neighborhood history told through her family’s story.
