I am a Life Coach and I want to be able to share with you some insights, tools or just a simple quote that may get you thinking positively.
This is so true and l hear it a lot. Find a solution or let it go. But quit the whining.
Make yourself proud 🤗
So true! x
Love this x
You will evolve past certain people. Let yourself.
Gratitude:
1. Grateful for an afternoon in the park with a food market.
2. Grateful to my husband for helping our nephew with his maths in prep for a mock exam.
3. Grateful to have a lovely best friend and sharing her birthday with her this weekend.
4. Gratfeful to spend time with my nephews at top golf at the weekend.
5. Grateful to be feeling better after being poorly for a few weeks.
I was going to stick to 3 but as l started more came into my head. Try it... what are you grateful for? Try 3 a day.
Good Morning! Happy Friday! x
This was in London on Thursday night. Part of Lumiere London. It was such a great atmosphere, people smiling and laughing. Just goes to show the simple things can do that.
Be selfish. It's your life x
Back to work as of yesterday. Was so relaxed over Christmas and slept loads. Reflecting on the year just passed and thinking about the goals l want to achieve this year. Going to make sure l stay on track despite how tiring and stressful my day job can be sometimes. My passion lies in other things and l need to focus on them. As the quote below reminds me...
Good morning, hope you all had a great Christmas! I have been very chilled. Just what l needed. I love this time of year and l try and stretch it out for as long as possible. So no work for me inbetween Christmas and New year.
What l do do when l have time like this is reflect. A cliche to many this time of year but l really think it's the perfect opportunity to think about what was good and what was not so good this year and make changes for next year.
I definelty know what l need to do to make me happier. Alot of it is about not worrying what other people think. Go with my gut. Be more grateful. Be more mindful. And distance myself even further from those negative people that drag me down. I will avoid drama, gossip and just be true to my values. It is easy to lose sight of your values in a hectic world. But knowing your values means you just need to sit and reflect on whether you're living your life to your values and adjust accordingly. x
Happy Christmas
