Weekend Recap: After undergoing surgery on Friday and experiencing mild pain, I was invited to a birthday party for my son and I too attend on Saturday afternoon but could not attend due to time constraints. However, I purchased a gift for the birthday boy. In the evening, I hosted a women's support group session with the assistance of my family. Additionally, I had scheduled a CPR class for the weekend but was able to reschedule it for today. Despite having every reason to cancel my plans, I found the strength to carry on after waking up from being put to sleep (scary). I am grateful for the grace of God and my support system.

July is here, let us embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with it, and rise to the occasion with a professional and determined attitude! 🧡

We had the privilege of hosting and sponsoring the 'Women Supporting With Grace' monthly group session, where we empowered each other to set goals, hold each other accountable, and offer support in any way possible. We left the session with newfound knowledge on scheduling content posting, setting up business pages on social media, creating clarity forms for our clients, and even applying for our NPI ID #! It was truly an inspiring experience.

All my life I been begging to see baby pictures ( 5 and under) of myself to know who I am and still NOTHING but it’s okay. As a child/teenager I was referred to as the BLACK one. I was told that the black one wasn’t going to be SH$t and looka there the BLACK one grew up to being the SH$T
