Fjolskylda Farm
We are a small family farm located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
It is still early spring here, the woods are not awake just yet. Still, we have the little piggies hanging out in their wooded pen! They have almost an acre to roam around in and they love it!
These two were born this last week. Two cute little bucklings! The two does that kidded did great! They come in at night due to cold temperatures and are bottle fed but get to spend all day with their respective mothers.
Bottle baby struggles! Our newest outcross doeling added to our herd!
We had this lovely will bull calf born yesterday! It is always nice when things go well! Welcome to this snow covered world (at least where we are!)
We are excited to say that we will have 3 calves on the ground within the next 6 months as well as having 4 goats giving birth! It is wonderful!
It is that time of year again! Colors are appearing and it is beautiful!

Now that the snow is gone the goats are happy to be back in the woods!
Happy May everyone! Just over 12 inches and counting.

What a great kidding year so far! We have had 3 does kid, 4 doelings on the ground, 0 bucklings. We have a few more does due over the next couple of months. Lets hope this luck keeps up! Pictures will be coming up in the next few days!
We were so busy enjoying these lights that we forgot to get a picture! Thank goodness our neighbor enjoys taking pictures of these beautiful up north things!
Hi! Long time no talk to! We have officially settled into the U.P. of Michigan and will be posting more regularly now. Updated pictures to come. We hope you all have been doing well and are looking forward to serving the U.P. of Michigan with our farm products.
Baby enjoyed wearing her crown, her son (Mr. Streak) enjoyed eating it!
Anyone else have a rabbit that thinks it is too cool for pictures?
Sometimes you just need to cuddle a baby goat!
Champagne D' Argent rabbits are born jet black and silver out as they mature. It is fun to watch how each one silvers out. We love this breed!
Here is a beautiful chinchilla colored French Angora rabbit. While genetically chins can be difficult to work with they are lovely to look at!
Lianna's twins. A handsome moon spotted buckling and a beautiful roaned doeling!
Marty and her quads running around the pasture.
