WhatsHalal Owe Money
On 28 May 2018, WhatsHalal entered into an agreement with HalalonClick to acquire the company but did not pay us as agreed. It is still unpaid!
On 27 October 2021, The State Court of the Republic of Singapore has ordered WhatsHalal to pay us.
It’s already 2023. Money owed now reach $185,819. This website now ranked 4th when you search for WhatsHalal. They have used the other WhatsHalal companies bank accounts to collect revenue. May they repent their ways and return the money that they owe us.
As the FTX story unfolds, its details sound eerily familiar. People that bought the WHT didn’t get their money back. We have brought them to court and they have not paid us. The interest continues to climb. And they have given us nothing but radio silence. At least SBF has the decency to say sorry and acknowledge he messed up.
Now when you search for WhatsHalal, our website comes on the first page too!
Months ago it was not even searchable. Now it’s ranked 7th for the keyword.
And amazingly, they’ve still not paid! Wow! Betul tak tahu malu.
Hopefully they will comply to the court order. Or perhaps they prefer to answer in the hereafter.
Hello. It’s Muharram. WhatsHalal currently owe us $180,070 including court mandated interest.
WhatsHalal have not fulfilled their responsibility to pay us. Halal? 😂
We hear WhatsHalal has become active again and are making appearances at MUIS and certain expos. We ask Whatshalal to please settle your debt to us first.

WhatsHalal is ordered to pay us our dues in full including interest and part of our legal costs. Suffice to say we are pleased with the judgement.
We thank the Almighty for granting this victory and answering the prayers of the wronged.
We thank our parents and families for supporting us financially to see this through.
We thank our supporters who want to see justice done.
Lastly but not least, we thank our lawyers Eldan Law LLP led by Imran Rahim for helping us see justice prevail.
We will see this through to the end and enforce the judgement and count every penny due.

I stand by what I have posted and maintain that my statements are factual and true.
My only request had always been to be paid the monies owed to us by several entities in the WhatsHalal Group. This includes the money that was supposed to be paid for WhatsHalal Singapore’s acquisition of HalalOnClick.
But our repeated demands have been met with excuses. I was therefore left with no choice but to go public with my concerns.
However, rather than relent and pay the debts that are due, I was served with a ‘cease and desist’ letter which sets out a demand for the removal of my posts on FB. The refusal to do so was threatened with legal proceedings.
I am not one to be cowed by bully tactics. I have since engaged Mr Imran Rahim from Eldan Law LLP to respond to the ‘cease and desist’ letter and to take steps to recover the monies that are due. Mr Imran is an excellent young lawyer with a proven track record in defamation actions and in the recovery of monies for breaches of contracts. He was part of the team that represented Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in the action against Mr Roy Ngerng and regularly represents large corporations and high net-worth individuals.
We are confident of a good outcome.
Having engaged a lawyer, I will leave it to him and his team to handle this matter from now on.

This is a technicality as the subsidiary companies are only $1 companies. Contracts are all with those companies. Meaning that if we hit them, they are only liable for $1.
When you took over our company, we trusted you. I remember how much I cried during the company retreat. How much I sacrificed and gave up for the company. We looked pass the red flags, and I helped pay the salaries of some of the staff affected during our difficult times. We waited for the trigger to claim our money, and was met with an excuse - to help the company - we'll pay you soon.
Now we know your true colours.
I am coming for my money. All of it. You better have it. Tick Tock your time is up!!! O$P$ Azman Ivan Tan https://www.facebook.com/azmanivan Sally Sali https://www.facebook.com/sally.sali.754

If you’re right, you would defend yourself and set the record straight. Instead, one is hiding from me and the other is keeping quiet like a mouse.
So more skeletons it is. All this is available publicly. You just need to look.
WhatsHalal raised an ICO and an IEO. The trigger to claim my money for the acquisition was with the ICO. That did not happen. They need to pay other things. They promised they will pay soon. I relented. It has been 2 years since the acquisition and I’ve not seen a single cent! From the day we were acquired to the day I left for non payment of salary, I’ve not seen it.
Now if they can treat me like this, what does it mean for those that have invested in the ICO and IEO? Some of them invested their entire life savings!!!
The price of the WhatsHalal Token (WHT) started out at $0.01 and peaked at $0.16. Today it’s worthless. Valuing at $0.0043 those who own the WHT can’t even liquidate it because it’s not available on the Tokenize exchange anymore which is where they were supposed to trade.
Other than currency exchange, you could hold them and it was supposed to be available as a payment option in the app. This didn’t happen. Mainly because they killed off the delivery service and abandoned the consumer services altogether to focus on the Halal certification system ATEMs.
However, when they launched ATEMs last year and raising an undisclosed amount in January 2020 to reach a valuation of $4.5m, when CB happened, they claimed their revenue has been affected and clients cancelled contracts and therefore no one wanted to apply or renew certifications with them. Yet all 9 WhatsHalal companies are still Live today.
During the pandemic, food delivery services boomed. And non-Halal restaurants started applying for certification because their footfall has dropped and applying for Halal certification would open up to a different market and new revenue streams. On both counts WhatsHalal did not double down despite having the technology to do it.
Instead, they created OurPasar Essentials and gave their focus solely on this. Does the revenue in this venture go back to WhatsHalal? No, otherwise we would have received payments. However payments stopped for more than a year already. Only the Indonesian development team were paid out in full while others in Malaysia, Australia and Singapore have yet to receive their full salaries, some as long as 8 unpaid months. All this happening and the CEO driving his Lexus taking care of himself first. Think about it? If you don’t have revenue how do you pay for the lease of a Lexus?
Now back to the investors. Some put in their entire life savings. 5 digit sums. Where is the hundreds of thousands of dollars raised during the ICO? Where is the $2.8m raised during the IEO? Where is the undisclosed amount that raised their valuation to $4.5m at negative revenue?
You know what to do. O$P$. Tick Tock your time is up!

Where is the money?
What happened to the money raised for the WhatsHalal token? Take money from investors promising them that you can buy stuff with the utility token. But then you shut down the delivery service later. How to utilise if there’s nothing to buy? Where is the delivery service now? Why didn’t they open OurPasar Essentials to the WhatsHalal token owners so they could finally utilise the token? They owned the e-grocery outlet. They share the same registered address. In fact if you look at ACRA, there are 9 different companies called WhatsHalal, 8 operating at the same address and there are 3 different companies called OurPasar operating from the same address as WhatsHalal.
Why are there so many? Is it because you are afraid that if your scheme is uncovered and we take you on, there are 8 other entities sharing the same name and you continue to exist? Is it to confuse people which one is the real WhatsHalal so it makes it difficult to take any action? Dodgy yah?
Last year the media reported them to have raised to a valuation of $4.5 million. Which of the 9 WhatsHalal companies did the money go to? When I asked for my money they said they have none and the pandemic has caused them to lose business. The media report was in February. The CB procedures only happened in April. In fact they should have been secure for the pandemic exactly because they raised money before the CB affected business. So where is the money raised in a crowdfund? What happened to it?
The CEO continued to drive his Lexus. While some of the former employees had to sell off their homes and cars to make ends meet because they put in everything into the business. Some were so affected psychologically that they refused to talk about it until a year later.
When we joined the CEO once said he will take care of us. When I asked for my money, he said he didn’t need me back then. He said to get my facts right. Is this taking care of us? Was that statement ever truthful?
All 9 companies are still Live to this day. How is it possible that they did not make revenue for 1 company let alone 9?
You want me to stop? You know what to do. O$P$. Tick Tock your time is up!
Despite winning all our court cases, WhatsHalal has not complied with the court order and pay the plaintiffs. We have applied for a garnishing order but DBS and OCBC responded that there is no money in the respective accounts. They have raised so much money but the accounts are empty? Where has the money gone? The companies are still alive and their website is still alive.
Therefore we have setup https://www.whowemoney.com as a reminder for Azman Ivan Tan and Salehin Amat Kamsin as the founders of WhatsHalal to know how much they owe us. They also founded OurPasar.
We hope they do the right thing and honour our contract and comply with the court order. If they comply with the court order we won’t have to continue our efforts and all this can end. But as WhatsHalal have still yet to pay and did not reply to our messages, we will continue to ask them to pay until they settle their debt.
How Much Does WhatsHalal Owe? WhatsHalal has lost its court cases and has been ordered to pay us. This is a public note for WhatsHalal to be reminded how much they owe us. The founders of WhatsHalal also founded OurPasar.
