Mother Earth is so bountiful! Some good soil, a healthy plant, sprinkled with tender loving care and harvest the rewards!

So easy and tasty salsa! Cook a good amount and freeze the rest! It won’t lose it amazing flavor! Tomatillo and Chile de Arbol and Roma tomatoes and red jalapeño salsa. I also mixed Roma tomatoes and Serrano chiles (not featured on the video)

My plants still producing! I cut the cherry tomatoes while green to get ahead of bugs that get to them if I wait for them to ripe in vine!
