The mesquite and yellow heart is spoken for. The black walnut, maple and Osage Orange offset board will be up for grabs in the shop soon.

Using her Grandfather's tool chest, now work cabinet, to prep projects.

Sometimes you have to step back and reorganize your workshop. To help with limited space we turned my Grandfather's old tool trunk, that was once in his shop, and turned it into a workspace for carving and detail work. It's not complete but we love how it's turning out, outside is kept in original condition, inside we added a pop of color for fun, and just added a light. I spent many hours watching my Grandpa in his shop, feels good to have something of his while working in ours.

Gaboon Ebony Ursula style hair fork. Gaboon wood has a finish look on its own that is amazing to see, tones of pitch black, reddish brown, to an almost grey marbled colors. Every hair fork comes out unique tempting me to hold on to them all. 😃

Inspired by a hummingbird perch my Grandmother made the kids joined in and made grapevine wreaths/perches/crowns. Adding copper and some marble hangers for a complete finished look. Currently drying but available soon.
