Due to not feeling well, I will NOT be holding class tomorrow. I have posted a workout here for you to do (preferably from 4-5pm) to stay on track and keep you accountable.

Reminder that we have our FIRST class starting tonight inside the dome (wrestling room) at 4:00. We do have a FULL class, so please come just a little bit early to sign in and sign a waiver form.

Hey guys!!! I am so excited to be offering up my workout classes again and we will be starting right away in January with no time to waste so let's kick those New Year's resolutions into full swing! No excuses! Let's beat the winter blues and sweat it out together!
Classes offered:
1 hour full body workout
Starting Sunday, January 14th
4-5pm
Due to my daughter's basketball schedule, we may need to skip a Sunday here and there but I will relay that info to you as soon as it is available to me. The plan right now is to run these classes from Jan. 14th thru March 10th with Sunday, Feb. 18th off due to a home b-ball tournament. If we need to cancel any other Sundays, we will just add on a Sunday at the end.

30 minute Tabata/AMRAP class:
For my early birds I'm offering a 30 minute class on Wednesday mornings starting Wednesday, January 3rd at 6am. This class will run 6 weeks. **Only accepting 10 sign-ups for this class.

We’ll be looking at an 8ish week class on Sundays - full body. And a Tabata class on Wednesday mornings for about 6 weeks.

Hello! I just wanted to pop on to say I am taking the fall off. Look for classes to start right away in January. They will likely be short classes (6-8 weeks) and I will also be offering a Wednesday morning early bird class as well.

Heather's Boot Camp starts at 6am, Wednesday, June 7th on the track!! 💪 🏃🏽♀️
DM me if you are interested and want to sign up. There will be no official sign-up sheet as it is a quick 4 week class.
It will start off with a warm-up lap around the track. (You can walk or run this). Come earlier if you want to get in an additional warm-up.
We will do a mix of Tabata, AMRAP and HIIT, followed by walking/running around the track that will equal 1 mile total (this includes your warm-up lap). Again, you can choose to either walk or run to make up your 1 mile.
There will be no rain dates.
As always, this is FREE, but donations are appreciated.

Choices are:
1). Run/HIIT workout combination (just like last year)
2). Tabata
3). Combination of the two
We’d run it for 4 weeks with a 5th date built in for a rain date.

Take your time with this, for example, if you have 30 burpees, do 3 sets of 10 if you need to.

HIIT Circuit
This circuit is meant to keep going, no break in-between; however, as always, if you need a break to catch your breath, get a drink, please do.
30 sec plank jack
30 sec high knees
30 sec front kicks (standing)
30 sec of crunches
30 sec mountain climbers
30 sec full plank
Flutter kicks for 8 breaths
L-sit (‘til fail).
Repeat 6 rounds

Just an update: There will be NO CLASS next Sunday, Feb. 19th and Feb. 26th. Classes will resume on March 5th. I will however, post workouts to do at home. 🏋️♀️ 🏃🏽♀️ 😅
And we will add in a class on Sunday, April 2nd. The Sunday before Easter.

Tabata/AMRAP class starts this Wednesday morning at 6am. Come a little earlier to warm-up on your own. No weights needed for this class, just a yoga mat, water and indoor shoes.
