Miss Tow's Kindergarten Class

Hello everyone!

Within the next week or so, I will be taking down my Kindergarten classroom page. I would like to give you all a chance to save any pictures from your kiddo’s Kindergarten year.

I am sad to deactivate this page, but I am saving all of the pictures to keep all of the wonderful memories we made last year! ❤️

I need this space to prepare for my new journey teaching 2nd grade!

If by chance there is any difficulty saving the pictures, please reach out and I am happy to send them directly through messenger, text, or email!

Of course we had to have popsicles on the last day of Kindergarten! ❤️

Pictures from Field Day yesterday!
This was probably one of my favorite days this year. The excitement and smiles on their faces were just the most amazing thing to see!

Tomorrow, the entire school will be participating in our annual Field Day. Our theme this year is “owl” lympics!
Please send your kiddo to school in cool, light clothing and tennis shoes! We will be outside most of the day, please put sunscreen on your student in the morning. You may send in sunscreen for student to reapply later in the day - we are asking for no aerosol or spray sunscreen. Please only send in lotion!

Thank you to everyone who came out for our family picnic and thank you for the flexibility on our changes due to the rain! The kids were so excited for you all to come! 💗

With 8 days left of Kindergarten… We celebrated with ice cream day! 🍦

Mrs. Petty brought her second graders to read to the kindergarteners this morning. Both classes were so excited for this and loved every second of it! 💗

With 9 days left of our countdown, we had a lollipop day! 🍭

Oh how I am going to miss their sweet faces!

Yesterday we started a 10 day countdown until Summer Break!
Our fun countdown activity was bubble day!

Friday was full of so much fun! We had our field trip to the Artcraft, and celebrated Dia Day!

We had so much fun today on our field trip!

Friday was filled with so many smiles, so much laughter, and so much excitement!

Although we weren’t able to catch that silly leprechaun, he left us a note and some gold coins for our efforts!

Book Fair Reminder!! 📚

Tomorrow is our day to shop at the book fair! Please make sure to send money in with your kiddos!

The Book Fair will also be open during Family Reading Night this Thursday!

Monday: Cat in the Hat - wear red and white!

Tuesday: Fox in Sock - wear silly socks!

Wednesday: Wacky Wednesday - wear crazy/wacky clothes!

Thursday: Green Eggs and Ham - wear green!

Friday: Oh the Places you Go - wear a vacation shirt!

Friendly reminder that we do not have school on Tuesday 2/20! :)

We had SO much fun today.

We read/answered questions about the story The Day it Rained Hearts.

We worked through a Valentine’s Day themed blending cvc words PowerPoint.

We talked about all of the reasons we love Kindergarten and wrote those reasons on a special picture!

Then for our party, we had pink & purple cookies with juice, then spent time together opening up our valentines and reading all the nice things given to one another.

What a special day in Kindergarten! 💗
