💡 Did you know that Swedish schools are required to provide multilingual tutoring for students who speak another language at home?
This was just one of many eye-opening insights Jakob Skogholm, our CEO, shared with attendees at the DL Symposium last week. On top of exploring new approaches to multilingual learner inclusion and meeting passionate & dedicated educators, we had a great time exploring beautiful Vancouver!
Over 1 million children use Polylino across the US, Canada, and Europe. And we wondered: What happens when multilingual learners get access to books narrated in their home languages?
We surveyed students and educators using Polylino to find out, and the results are pretty astounding! Swipe through to see the impact resources in learners' home languages can have in a classroom.
We believe that every child deserves access to an equitable education—and the simple but powerful joy of reading.
You can try it in your own classroom (it also comes with some great resources to make it a ready-to-use tool) for 30 days for free here: https://www.ilteducation.com/sign-up-for-a-30-day-free-trial.
