In 2018 I was going on 3 years of a horrible rash all over my body. I had fissures on my feet that were so bad I couldn’t walk. No matter what I did I was gaining weight at about 2 pounds every 4 months. I couldn't exercise and I could barely walk. I was on heart burn medicine, steroids, and sleep medicine. My life was terrible. Today I am off all medications. I have lost over 40 pounds in less than a year and I walk between 3 and 4 miles a day. I did this all through finding a great endocrinologist who healed me though food. This life has changed from working at Shipwreck Golf to to creating an exciting brand called Live Long and Prosper so I can share what I learned and help others. I will give you information on travel, family entertainment recipes, health tips, where to vacation and rent a great Villa in Florida. I hope to keep you laughing and I will take suggestions as to what topics you want covered.
