As we find ourselves at the dawn of a new year we here at It’s Juliet would like to take a moment to address some issues and concerns from this past year.

2022 was a turbulent year for all of us; we all sought to find our footing as the grip of a worldwide pandemic finally began to ease. Finally we began to see the light at the end of the tunnel; we all thought: We can finally go out again! We can see old friends! We can FINALLY truly LIVE again! It was finally time to put our best foot forward and to look our very best!

We at It's Juliet, saw this manifest in an overwhelming surge of orders that came in for some of our hottest fashions! Unfortunately we quickly found ourselves and our suppliers scrambling to keep up with the sheer magnitude of it all!

After the incredible rush on Black Friday we realized something had to change…

On December 21st the new owner of It’s Juliet placed a massive order for new Inventory, and made some major investments to improve our infrastructure; both in fulfillment and customer service.

So here’s the good news:

At this time we are delighted to be able to say that all outstanding orders since Black Friday have officially been shipped; if for any reason you do not receive your order by January 9th, please get in touch with customer service right away!

Moving forward the majority of orders will be coming from new US, French, or Italian distribution centers.

Beginning the third week of January our new US based customer support team will be out of training and ready to answer all queries in a timely manner.

Finally one of the most important issues for us:

As some of you may know, and was referenced above, as of September of 2022 ItsJuliet.com has a new owner. Prior to this transition the previous owners had been dealing with some major issues with fulfillment, and some orders were simply never sent. Under our new ownership we are diligently working to make this right and see that any missing orders are promptly refunded. So, if you have placed an order at any point prior to September 2022, and never received it? Please get in touch with us here, by phone, or at [email protected] with your order information to get this taken care of right away! This issue is a top priority for us!
