Here is one of the main walls I've finished. It highlights all the proven ways even a little exercise is so good for your body. I included a close up of my favorite quote on the topic.
Newest, finished addition to the gym decor I'm working on at Ladies Fit in Cookeville.
I appreciate all the admiration the mural received. It is sad to see it go. Luckily, I do have some good high resolution images of it so it can live on in that way.
The mural may be gone now, but the light it brought to the Westside won't go out that easily! Hear about Erica Swenson's experience painting it, and much more about her journey as an artist - last week's interview is online now!

If put the finishing touches on this acrylic painting of a cardinal recently. It is for sale at PhotoArt Gallery in Cookeville.
Hanging out at the Art Prowl. Come by and visit my booth at the Gentleman's Barber on Cedar Ave!
I painted this a few years ago for WCTEs 40th Anniversary. I've been doing some maintenance work on it lately. Mainly repainting the frame. It's held up well!
This is an oil painting I just finished of a building in Cookeville. It caught my eye because I thought the building had character. I liked the weathered, stucco look. I don't know the story of the place, but I think it illustrates the allure and challenge of running a small business.
Just finished this wolf painting for Jim Hunter this past week! I'm happy with how it turned out, especially the eyes.
This is the new painting of Dogwoods I'm working on. It will look like the painting on the left when I'm done.
Starting a new dog portrait. It's the first time I've used oil paint in years, I forgot how much I like it!
Just finished a pet portrait! It's 11 x 14 in acrylic.
